RETURNS
Basic Returns
We will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping/delivery charges if outside the USA), subject to the following conditions:
Defective Item Returns
If the products you purchased from us are defective/mislabeled/incorrect, then we will meet all our legal obligations, and do everything in our power to correct the issue.
Returns Process
Please contact us at: [email protected] to receive Return details. Please provide us your name, order confirmation number, and a description of the item you wish to return in this email.
All shipping/delivery charges to return a product will be paid by the customer.
EXCHANGES
We do not do exchanges.
REFUNDS
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping/delivery charges, if applicable) will be refunded to you using your original payment method. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount of the returned product will be credited to you within 7 business days from the date we received the returned item.
RETURNS

We will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping/delivery charges if outside the USA), subject to the following conditions:
- Products purchased must be returned within 30 days of us receiving the original order.
- Due to Covid-19 restrictions, apparel (worn or unworn) cannot be returned.
- Products must be in the original sale condition (seals must be intact or unused with original tags/labels/packaging attached).
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns. These details will only be used for the purpose of processing your return.
- Please note that products purchased in the USA included FREE shipping on the original purchase.
